New kitchen and breakfast room - GLINTON
The main aim for this project was to form a large family breakfast room with the option to relocate the utility room.
Also gain some further room to the master bedroom.

New playroom, bedroom and bathroom – KETTON
This project consisted of transforming the garage into a new playroom whilst adding a new bedroom and bathroom to the house on the first floor.

Two new bedrooms and en suite - BASTON
The project consisted of adding a master bedroom with large en suite and a new family bathroom.
The existing bathroom was removed to form a new landing and entrance into the new extension.
Also removing the existing roof tiles and completely retiling the roof to all matches in.

New master bedroom with en suite and new bathroom – BASTON
This projects aims were to add two further bedrooms and en-suite to the property whilst altering an existing bedroom into a study and reconfiguring a further bedroom.
